Terms & Conditions of Bookings (Self-Catering)
Rates. Prices quoted are inclusive of heat & light, bedding and towels. There are no additional taxes or service charges. There may be charges for laundry services (other than bedding/towels) and for cleaning or breakages (see below).
Deposit When making a reservation, we ask a deposit of £100 per booking. You can send us a cheque (payable "Druimnacroish") or provide your credit or debit card details. Card details are obtained and held securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Confirmation.Unless you are booking at very short notice, we will always confirm a reservation in writing, by letter or email.
Cancellation.Should you require to cancel, we will try our best to re-let the accommodation. If we are not successful, any deposit will be retained. We recommend that you hold insurance for costs that may arise should your circumstances change and you require to cancel your trip.
Payment. Payment is on departure and can be made in sterling cash, cheques or travellers cheques; or by Switch/Maestro, MasterCard and Visa/Delta.
Arrival/Departure. Guests may arrive between 4pm and 8pm or at other times by arrangement. Guests must vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Housekeeping. Self-catering includes self-cleaning. Guests must make all reasonable efforts to leave the accommodation as they found it. A charge will be made on departure if the apartment or contents require an unreasonable level of attention in this regard.
Breakages. Guests must report any breakages in order that replacments may be provided. There is normally no charge for items accidentally broken, but we reserve the right to make a charge in cases of deliberate misuse or negligence.
Pets. Guests may not bring their pets into the apartment.
Smoking. The premises are non-smoking throughout.
